NOVA Series Specifications
Floor System
- Floor joists are 2 x 10 SPF 16" on center w/ joist hangers as required.
- Double 2 x 10 SPF outside perimeter band joists
- Mating wall, (4) member 2 x 10 SPF girder system
- ¾” PLYWOOD Tongue and Groove Decking. Decking is glued and nailed.
- Solid wood bridging between joists
Exterior Wall System
- Exterior wall construction 2 x 6, 16" on center
- Double top plates, single bottom plates
- ½” PLYWOOD exterior wall sheathing.
- 1/2" Drywall, smooth finish, painted with PRIMER, sprayed and backrolled
- 8' ceiling height all levels
Interior Wall System
- Interior wall construction 2 x 4, 16" on center
- Mating wall 2 x 3 construction, 16" on center, with full height sheathing
- 1/2" Drywall, smooth finish, painted with PRIMER, sprayed and backrolled
- Plumbing walls sized as required
- Double top plate and single bottom plate for mating walls
- Single top plate and bottom plate for interior walls
- 8' ceiling height all floors
Roof System

Insulation
- 9" (R-30) Unfaced fiberglass insulation with spray-on vapor barrier primer paint for ceilings
- 6" (R-19) Unlaced fiberglass insulation with spray-on vapor barrier primer paint for exterior walls
- Insulation installed around perimeter of two stories between floors on ceiling and floor rim joists
- Note: Crawlspace or Basement insulation is not included in the price of the house and is not provided.
Floor Coverings
- 25 oz. Carpet with 6 lb. pad throughout except vinyl areas. Vinyl in Kitchen & Baths installed over 1/4" underlayment
- Carpet for stairs on two story models is shipped loose (not installed)
Kitchen
- Raised panel oak kitchen cabinets with fixed base shelves and adjustable wall shelves
- Post form, square edged counter tops with backsplash in choice of colors
- Double bowl stainless steel sink with single lever faucet with spray attachment
- Crown moulding mounted on kitchen wall cabinets
- Bisque or white range hood with light (vented to exterior)
- All appliances are optional
Bathroom
- 60" one-piece fiberglass combination tub/shower unit with smooth high-gloss finish and single lever, anti-scald faucet

- Water closet elongated bowl 1.6 gallon water saver
